Challenging and Exhilirating Routes

What is Great About the Moab Century Tour? Here it from those who were here in 2012:

BTW...TOTALLY AWESOME event; hope to return next year & ride it again!
Sincerely,
Lisa Frederick, OH

You guys do such an amazing job! I had several people in [my business] after the event talking about how great it was. I had a blast, made it 30 miles. My Mom and I went to the lunch on Saturday and we had a great time, everyone looked so good in the shirts.
Thank So Much,
Sarah Finocchio, Moab, UT

I want to thank you and all your volunteers for all your hard work on Saturday. That was a spectacular event. Thanks especially for keeping that Dead Horse Point station open a little bit longer for us. I rolled in there around 12:50, and it was great to have a couple sandwiches and water waiting for me after 95 miles. (The Nasty Horse ended up being almost 127 miles.).  Finally, I wanted to say that I was moved by Arlo's story at the post-ride party. You and your community are doing great work.
Best regards,
Craig, Lakewood, CO

I love [the shirt], and our entire Northern Ohio Team loved the ride. We hope to return next year.
Thanks!
Liedrith Heid, Ohio

[an AID station volunteer reports] The entire day went very smooth and was a beautiful day.
We received numerous compliments on how well supplied the aid station was and how thankful they were that we were there. The only negative comments we received were regarding the road conditions on the loop [the gravel!]. We gave our apologies and said we hope they will come back and they all said yes they would.  Thanks again for an wonderful opportunity to serve our community.

My wife and I just got back to Wyoming after participating in the Moab Century over the weekend. Kudos to you and everyone that made this event possible.  It was no less than top notch in every way.  We did the Metric Century up into the La Sals and then tacked on another
40 miles along the Colorado for good measure to make sure we got our 100 in.  We got everything we wanted in way of the ride (climbing, scenery, comradery, perfect weather, top notch aid and super friendly support).  The post-ride party was a blast, with excellent food, beverage, and live music.  Wow!  You did it all and it was perfect in everyway!  Great job to all of you who made it possible.
- Tom Hammerquist, Wyoming

All my Tucson pals want to join me in thanking you for putting on another great event. Everyone had so much fun we all want to return again next year, even the golfing spouses.  Thanks,  Steve Braun, Tucson AZ

Choose the metric century over the La Sal Loop, including the famous 'big nasty' section of climbing (3000 feet of sustainable grade in seven miles). Route descends quickly into Castle Valley for an exhilirating ride. Turn back to town at Hwy 128 finishing your 65 miles with effort to spare. Total elevation 5350'.

                                         OR

Choose the Moab Canyon Trail, paved bike path route north from Moab to Highway 313. Follow the route to Dead Horse Point State Park for a spectacular overview. As you descend back to town, turn at Hwy 279 for an out-and-back scenic route along the Colorado River. This new route clocks in exactly at 100 miles and combines two of the routes from the Skinny Tire Festival (Dead Horse Point State Park and River Portal). Total elevation gain 3100'.

                                        OR

Choose the River Portal Route only. This 32 mile route along the Colorado River is simply gorgeous! Ideal for families and people wanting to participate in a fun weekend of cycling this route has minimal elevation gain.
