Yoga 

8:30-9:30am Sunday morning at Archway Inn. Yoga is the perfect complement to your Moab cycling experience!  In this yoga class, we focus on the mind and body of the cyclist (that's You!), practicing breathwork and physical postures which benefit your flexibility, concentration and balance.  Everyone is welcome, no prior yoga experience required. Donations accepted; held in courtyard of Aarchway Inn. Bring your own mat if you have one, if not, no problem. Donation basis;. 

Route Updates 

If choosing the CLIMBING-century miles or the ROLLING-68 miles, you must be at AID station #5 by 1:30pm to continue on route. Support ends from farthest AID station to nearest AID station, ending support by 5pm.

Slower cyclists are encouraged to start at 7am; all cyclists should start their chosen routes no later than 9am.

CLIMBING routes (65 and 100) will have a new route through Moab getting out to Spanish Valley Drive to hook up with the La Sal Loop. Please be sure to follow signs.

154 cyclists from four different chapters will participate in the 2010 Moab Century Tour on the Team In Training (TNT) team.
