He says he would love to attend sometime and we think he means it.  We are patient; and Lance you are welcome anytime.  Meanwhile, we have the next best thing. A close friend, Chris Brewer, is showing up. Thanks Chris! Chris works in the inner circle at the Lance Armstrong Foundation, is a cancer survivor, and a personal friend of Lance's. His character is much larger and deeper than I can describe here. You need to experience him for yourself. At the Skinny '07 he'll be available to chat plus you (and your group) can bid on him as your personal domestique-for-a-day (program info on this coming your way soon). Or hustle to be in our top fundraiser category and enjoy a private ride and dinner with Chris and other special guests. Finally, he will be a guest speaker at the Saturday afternoon social representing the Lance Armstrong Foundation.

So what's in it for you? Besides getting to know Chris himself (a champion in his own right), I'm sure he wouldn't mind fielding a few questions about Lance. How personal will he go?  Remember, close friends don't divulge intimate secrets about close friends. It's about being respectful, but you knew that already. Outside of that, there's a large playing field of fair game chatter that's incredibly interesting and definitely entertaining. Who knows, if we all learned and then modeled only one or two characteristics about a champion, we could change the world.
